  • Beautiful cottage of 120 square meters, completely renovated.

    Very comfortable with sauna, wood stove, large terrace S / O with magnificent views of the Vercors, covered parking 2/3 cars.

    Bright and spacious, this chalet is located 188 chemin des lupins in Chamrousse 1750, quiet, in the heart of a forest.

    The high level of comfort will make you feel at home in summer and winter.
    From the large terrace you will enjoy a panoramic view and not overlooked on the Vercors. You will be able to contemplate magnificent sunsets.

    The center of the resort is 10 minutes walk. You will find the ESF, all shops, the post office, restaurants, pharmacy, doctor, the tourist office ...
    A free shuttle system with a stop behind the chalet serves the different parts of the resort: Chamrousse 1650 and the field of Arselle where cross-country skiing is located.

The chalet has the most amazing view I have ever seen from a property. It is perfectly located 10 minutes walk from the main ski area, via a set of steps behind the house. The local shop is a 5 minute walk for fresh bread and essentials. Judith and Eric couldn’t have been more helpful. I asked quite a few questions over the months leading up to our holiday and they were always incredibly helpful. A true home from home which we would love to return to one day

Séjour au ski entre amis

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour à Chamrousse. La pièce de vie du chalet et très lumineuse et spacieuse. Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse et de la magnifique vue sur les montagnes. Il est très bien situé au calme mais proche de la station.

Chalet très agréable adapté à un séjour en famille

Très agréable chalet bien exposé vue magnifique nous avons bien apprécié la bibliothèque de BD! Le seul bémol est l’accès au front de neige un peu difficile avec des enfants et leur matériel mais bon nous avons bien marché et grimpe les escaliers !!

Skiurlaub mit der Familie

Es war ein durch und durch gelungener Familien Ski Urlaub im Ski Resort Chamrousse. Das Charlet lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist grandios und ermöglicht einen fast direkten Pistenzugang (ca 200m) sowie ein atemberaubenden Ausblick von der Terrasse/Wohnzimmer über das Tal mit zu den Füßen ligender Stadt Grenoble. Die Ausstattung des Chalets ist sehr funktional mit gut ausgerüsteter Küche. Das Möbiliar ist zwar in die Jahre gekommenen verleiht jedoch der Unterkunft einen eigenen Charme und Charakter. Wir haben wundeschöne 7 Skitage dort verlebt und würden gerne wieder kommen. Danke an die Familie Poline.

Chalet extrêmement confortable et idéalement placé à Chamrousse

Le chalet est extrêmement confortable et les propriétaires sont à la fois très chaleureux et attentifs à que tout se passe bien. Le chalet est suffisamment spacieux pour que même nombreux, tout le monde ait son espace privé, sans renoncer à la convivialité de l'immense séjour, son immense coin canapés, sa superbe bibliothèque, sa grande table à manger et sa magnifique vue. Un poêle à bois vous garantit d'avoir bien chaud même en plein hiver. Le sauna vous offre un moment de détente bien appréciable après une journée de ski. Le matin, le départ du téléskis le plus proche est à moins de 200m. Le soir, le retour peut être fait depuis ce même téléskis, ou depuis la station en bus pour les enfants : tous les bus qui partent de la station passent devant le chalet et en une semaine aucun chauffeur n'a refusé de faire une courte pause pour nous déposer devant. Le garage couvert au pied du chalet est aussi un plus très appréciable. Je recommande sans réserve.

Gite très confortable avec une cuisine fonctionnelle et bien équipée pour un groupe. Agréable terrasse avec une magnifique vue et, un plus, cabine sauna au top pour se délasser. Propriétaire très sympathique et flexible. Attention aux commerces de proximité qui peuvent être fermés hors saison. Dans ce cas, le plaisir de l'isolement peut devenir une difficulté.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons séjourné à deux familles dans le chalet : chacun a pu y trouver son espace, il y a de la place pour tout le monde ! La vue sur la vallée est magnifique, que ce soit au lever ou au coucher du soleil. Le chalet est bien placé dans la station mais avec de jeunes enfants, nous prenions quand même la voiture pour nous déplacer : pas un souci, il y a la place pour garer 2 véhicules. Bref, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances (le temps était de la partie !) et gardons cette adresse pour un prochain séjour. Merci à vous !

Spacieux, belle vue et reposant

Chalet loué pour une semaine de ski par deux familles (3 Ados et 2 jeunes).Chalet à l'écart du centre de la station donc très calme, accès remontées possible en 15 min à pieds ou en navette plus rapide. L'agencement du chalet permet à chaque famille d'être indépendante et d'avoir des moments communs dans la grande pièce de vie. A savoir pas de Wifi mais non rédhibitoire. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles ; nous les remercions de leur accueil très chaleureux.
