The yard is fenced in, which is great for my dog — but the next door neighbor has a dog (which is very sweet), so we kept my dog on a leash. Just a heads up if you have dogs who don't necessarily love other dogs. I used to live in this neighborhood and it's a great place for walks and a park nearby if you have a kiddo. Very responsive and helpful. Pleasant and made the whole process easy and smooth. The house itself was very cool and very well appointed. Bedrooms or comfortable kitchen had everything you could need. Family friendly it seems that they thought of everything. Excellent location. Well fenced in the yard. We enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage located in a very convenient and lovely neighborhood! The cottage is a 1920 charmer that is decorated just beautifully with all of the most up-to-date amenities, making our stay just perfect. Everything was extremely well decorated, very clean and neat. Erica was the perfect hostess that helped with anything we needed. We loved our stay there and look forward to staying in this sweet pretty cottage again in the near future.
