Perfect pet-friendly spot

My husband, college student son, and I stayed at this property over Christmas with our family dog. This house is well-appointed, spotlessly clean, with a nice, fenced-in yard. The beds are comfortable, great water pressure, and the check-in process is incredibly easy. It’s in a safe neighborhood in a convenient location and we will absolutely book again.

The interior of the house has been recently updated and very nice. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us and everything was very comfortable. Great location too, very close to UIUC!

Great to meet up with family

We were traveling for the eclipse and this house worked perfectly for us to gather with family. The big back yard was great for the dogs. And the snacks and water were also appreciated. We’d love to stay again if we are back out that way. Thank you.

Perfect house for a family!

The space was perfecter us; master suite with private bathroom with walk in shower, second bedroom with a queen bed, third bedroom with bunk beds, and a second bathroom. Two living areas both with televisions, separate dining room, nice kitchen and a very large fenced in backyard and a washer and dryer. Nice walking path across the street that goes along a creek. Quiet neighborhood, close to UOI and airport. Would definitely stay here again!!

Graduation stay

At the property to be able to attend my high school son‘s graduation. He lives in champaign with his dad.The house was clean accessible. It was less than 10 minutes away from every destination that we need to attend. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.They were little things that would be helpful like having a place to hang up towels and wash clothes after using the shower, maybe a couple of lamps so that the only light in the house wasn’t the overhead lights.

We stayed here for two nights and everything was nice. Very clean, newer furniture and kitchen had all of our needs. There were even snacks and bottled water supplied, which is rare. And it may seem like a little thing, but there was even Kleenex, which was a first for us. We usually have to purchase or travel with that.

Nice Extra Living Room Area

The garage was turned into an additional living room area with couches and an eating area which worked out well for the dogs to have a larger area to roam out of their crates during rainy weather. Plenty of towels and supplies in the bathrooms. Quiet neighborhood. Utilized the paved walking trail across the street and mowed empty lot next door for walking the dogs.

Home away from home

We are having some remodeling done at our house in Champaign that ran over the allotted time, so needed a place to stay with our 4 adult children for Thanksgiving. This place was perfect! There was plenty of space for all of us in a quiet neighborhood, close to family and several fast food options. The kitchen had all of the basics for making breakfasts & a simple dinner. The Papa Murphy’s close by made for an easy dinner one night. The huge backyard was wonderful for our pup & our son’s pup to chase each other until they couldn’t chase anymore. So many times a place looks better in the pictures than in person, but that is not the case with this place. It truly is as nice, if not better, in person than online. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a place in Champaign!
