I loved the Loft on Main in downtown Chambersburg, PA. It was a very cool, cozy and spacious place. Is to get to things and loved being able to walk around downtown. We were there for a wedding and the location was close by. I would have given a higher rating but the owners dropped the ball on directions to enter their establishments. My husband went in a nearby store front and luckily spoke with a gentleman whom new the owners. He phoned the owner to get the key pad combination to enter the building.. If the storefront gentleman didn’t help us we would have been out of a place to stay. The non communication and not providing directions on the VRBO APP after already having our payments just sent a red flag for us. I hope they get it right for the next guest.
