"Stayed with 10 friends with average age of 60. Photos of house interior on Vrbo are generally accurate - those on the website for Wheathill show different furniture and soft furnishings. Overall1930s shabby chic vibe is very nice and as expected. Good location in rural residential area10 mins walk to nearest shop and a pub. "The public areas are spacious and comfortable My room was spacious with everything you would expect from a high end hotel. My only caveat would be that air conditioning ought to be considered as the summers are having longer hot spells. The bar was very pleasant with good service and the breakfasts were excellent.
