From the moment we arrived to the moment we (reluctantly) checked out, we were treated with such genuine care, professionalism, and attention to detail. The service was absolutely top-tier across the board—from housekeeping, pool staff, and restaurant teams to the doormen and security. Every single interaction felt warm, seamless, and thoughtful. It’s rare to find a hotel where every staff member takes so much pride in their role, and it shows. Our room was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with stunning rooftop views, a relaxing pool area, and a calm, elevated atmosphere throughout. We genuinely looked forward to coming “home” to Melia each day. I got emotional at checkout—not because the vacation was ending, but because we were leaving such a special place. "This property is a tucked away hidden gem. The rooms are lovely and spacious and everyone is so friendly and helpful. Nyein was a particular gem and was so helpful and kind. When we had an issue with our room, Nyein helped us changed the room with ease and it was effortless. The location is great with loads of amenities nearby. We’ll definitely be visiting the Mango Tree Resort again! "

"The hotel and the villa where I stayed were incredible, 5 stars! The food was excellent! What could be improved is the maintenance; from the private pool of the villa, the first thing I saw was a wall with worn-out paint. Another thing I didn't like was that a container for bath salts broke. Despite explaining that it broke due to a poor design of the installation, they charged me for the container. It wasn't much, but I didn't like it."
