"Revisiting for our wedding anniversary, our favourite hotel and continues to be so. Lovely staff, wonderful surrounding area (nice to go for a walk). Dinner in the restaurant was brilliant & lunch in the spa also."

"We stayed in the Abberley room, which seems to be the largest and nicest of the rooms. There is ample space and the bathroom is very large (double shower and a bath). The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is in the countryside, so you get lovely views of the hills - but be aware there is nothing much around until you get to one of the nearby towns. "This is an old coaching inn in a small country town with independent shopping along the high street , which is where the hotel is located . Parking is at the rear of the hotel easily accessed from the high street . Our room ( the Broadway Suite ) was a good size with a stand alone bath tub and separate shower and was well heated . Breakfast was good with a nice choice and we had dinner there on two of our three nights , which speaks well to the quality of the food . Last but by no means least...
