booking was confirmed, prepaid, but no room.

Even, I have a confirmation email, there was a no room available during check in, so I couldn't stay the hotel. The payment was already prepaid, so please refund the payment. I was very surprised, and my travel schedule was messed.

Modern hotel in central location

Very modern hotel in a great location. Very close to all the sights. We booked a deluxe room as they looked very spacious in the pictures. We needed a spacious room as we had a lot of luggage. However the room was extremely small and felt claustrophobic. It was so small that you couldn't even open the wardrobe doors as the wardrobe was so close to the bed. We emailed the hotel in advance to pre-book car parking. But when we arrived there was no car parking space reserved for us. It was difficult to get to the nearest public car park due to a lot of road works. If we would have had a larger room it would have been a perfect stay as the hotel and interior are very nice.

Good location, Public Bus info

Great location! Walking distance to Square, good restaurants, and Bus Stop for #1, 3, or 21 @ the Dlouhy most or U Zelené ratolesti stops from Nádraží train station or Bus Station. We walked about 20 minutes from Train station not knowing which bus to take! I hope this helps someone!

Charming hotel in Ceske Budejovice

The staff at the hotel is very friendly. Newly renovated, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is close to the center but on a fairly quiet side street. There are also a couple of good restaurants just around the corner -- Masne kramy for Czech food and the more upscale Krajinska just a bit further down the street. Breakfast is adequate but nothing to get too excited about.
