"We loved everything about our stay here. The staff and Barbara went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Luca, the chef came around during dinner chatting with the tables. The farm to table style of dining was unique and always delicious. "Since the booking was made for the same day, I wasn’t able to select a higher-priced option that includes free cancellation. I booked this hotel by mistake, as the drive turned out to be too long and we wouldn’t be able to arrive before check-in time. I understand this was my error, but I tried to cancel the reservation within 30 minutes of booking, and the system didn’t allow it. I also attempted to reschedule for a later date, but that request was declined.
I contacted both the hotel and Hotels.com, but haven’t been able to find a resolution. I would really appreciate it if the hotel could be a bit more flexible in a situation like this."

If you’re looking to get married in a 1275 AD palazzo that was formerly inhabited by the Duke or Parma I would HIGHLY recommend this place. "What a find! We went as a large family group, so to have separate apartments for each individual family worked out perfectly for us. Their accommodation was well equipped immaculately clean and comfortable.Some of our part of a clean cyclist, so to any cyclist it’s an absolute Mecca, but you have to like hills! "
"Great courteous genuine host. Wonderful village atmosphere to live with kids. More of a farm experience. Few downside worth to mention
1. Far away from locality with steep hill to get there and road condition is very poor easily damage car underbody if one is not careful.
2. Due to that, once you are there you are pretty much locked and spend most of the time in n and around property as nothing else is nearby.
3. There are few insects even scorpions you could eventually find in the room which could make this place not suitable for small kids. "
