This one-bedroom apartment offers short and/or long-stay options, with a central location for exploring the beauty of Lake Como, enjoying delicious meals at local restaurants, and convenient access to Milan and Switzerland.

Offers one bedroom, one bathroom and a living room with kitchenette. It is the ideal option for those looking for a simple but functional accommodation in Cernobbio, ready to welcome you with warmth and comfort and perfect for exploring the area.  
  
In the bed room one double bed and one sofa bed for the third person.  
  
According to Italian law, before check-in, each guest will be asked to provide a personal identity document. To speed up the check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to fill out the online check-in form that is sent by email together with the booking confirmation. In this property, waste separation is mandatory. Recycling laws are strict in Italy.
