Only complaint is no soap for shower and no bed reading light. Otherwise clean and comfortable

I was given no instructions about what to do when I arrived, such as to enter the door (that looks like someone’s house) and which room to go to. They did respond quickly to a message but were not helpful with finding transportation to the airport. The phone number listed did not work for me. The walls are also thin and it was pretty noisy.
