Pour les amoureux du sport même en vacances, un cours de tennis, un terrain de pétanque ainsi qu'un ping-pong commun seront à votre disposition au sein de la résidence. Elle dispose également d'une piscine extérieure commune, d'un parking commun privatif, d'un bar, d'un restaurant, d'un dépôt de pain, d'une laverie, d'un club de plongée, d'un accès direct à la mer et d'un accès à une crique. De nombreuses activités sont proposées à proximité (Kayak, paddle, ...).
