Lots of games for entertainment, a generous kitchen and lounge area, and a large yard, which backed onto a reserve. Surrounded by bushland and only a 20-minute walk into the welcoming village of Mount Martha and its crystal-clear beaches.The property is in a quiet location and there is plenty of space for people and dogs. The large yard is fenced, but it may not be secure for dogs, so it's worth considering bringing a gate for the front entrance.Great holiday location!
