"Tina, our host, was very prompt and informative with responses to my emails. I was very appreciative on our arrival to find the sofa bed made up and the portacot and extra mattress out ready to use.The house was large and had many functional spaces that worked well with a family group. It got a 'workout' as we were housebound all day with heavy rainfall!Spaces were independent of each other allowing activities to proceed without interfering with another such as the table tennis room, pool table, gym, square 8 seater dining table for family board games, lounge with large tv for quiet viewing or reading.The spa pool was gas heated and well utilized and the children weren't deterred by the rain or colder temperature of the swim pool. The house was centrally heated and another heater in the lounge room, kept all the rooms comfortable. It may get warm in the summer with large west facing windows that showcase the magnificent Port Phillip bay view. The undercover balcony was particularly helpful. There are walks and cafes around the area which we hope to be explore in some dry weather on a future visit."

"The place is neat and tidy. Its nice and peaceful in a secluded area. No worries from neighbours. Close to a supermarket and a gateway to explore the peninsula. Would definitely stay again!"

"The property itself is very nice; very clean and tastefully decorated in a simplistic style. It is fitted out with everything you need and has a lovely garden to relax in. Their is no sea view but it was great to be on the esplanade and walk to the beach.The only negative was the check in process which is managed by a 3rd party offshore company. There was last minute confusing and conflicting information given on the day of check in, which made that part of the booking sadly quite stressful. If the owners can fix this element it would make the whole experience more enjoyable."

A comfortable place to stay with a well-fitted-out kitchen - I didn't need to get any take-away - cooked all my meals in the kitchen.The place was warm, and the bed was very comfortable. There were a couple of issues with plumbing, but Phil was very responsive. Great location with plenty of walking tracks close by."
