"Foi horrível a experiência me senti constrangido, pessoas despreparadas, ao chegar ficaram alegando que só tinha sido pago uma diária , e não as duas, as quais eu já havia pago pelo app do hotéis.com, no mesmo dia mais tarde outro atendente me abordou novamente trazendo o assunto que não havia sido pago, sendo que eu já havia mandado os devidos comprovantes que estava pago, me senti totalmente constrangido com essa situação , e a porta de entrada do hotel está com problema que ela fecha forte...

"As areas comuns do hotel são boas e condizentes com a classificação 3 estrelas, mas os quartos realmente são antiquados, com armários velhos, com cheiro de mofo e instalações elétricas adaptadas com canaletas, além do chão frio no quarto. Pelo quarto daria 2 estrelas. O atendimento da equipe da recepção é excelente. A localização até que é boa, não ficando muito distante do centro, mas é meio ermo."

"Stay at tha Alven Hotel was ok in General. Front desk staff did not speak English so I used a translator app. Hotel was divided in two (old vs new) areas. I was placed in the old side myself and room had a antique vibe. Room was comfortable but a 32 inch tv too small for the size of the room. The wifi was slow & often disconnected from my tablet.
