My son and wife with 3 children were comfortable with the arrangements upstairs. They had their own tv sitting area for quiet time before settling the kids down before bed. The driving distance was alittle over an hour but was a pretty easy commute.The property had all the amenities needed for the long weekend. The waterfront was nice for those who liked to fish and kayak. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate our group. The house needs new mattresses way to hard, could not sleep on them. Needed to be cleaned alot better found trash in a few places, spider webs everywhere, stove and microwave was bad dirty.
