"The general manager she was on the overall cleanliness is phenomenal the way the staff handle situations emergency that arise and the interaction with the guests on first name basis seem like in most cases. The friendly staff the overall atmosphere and attitude in the hotel speak to nothing but good training and customer service so kudos to your general manager there and I will continue to stay at this hotel and recommended to all my family and friends when staying in the Weeki Wachee area"

"Great location on water with super friendly staff. Rooms are updated and comfortable. Only suggestion would be firmer pillow but that’s a personal preference. Comfortable lodge/lobby with great coffee shop. Don’t be deceived by the low rise off the main drag location. This place is wonderful. Nothing fancy but well maintained and such nice people. "

"Hotel & room was clean!! Staff were friendly & great!! Staff seemed to enjoy their jobs. This was the best hotel we stayed at during our 2 week roadtrip. After our mishap at the beach, we were low in spirits. We got back to the hotel late at 11pm & we were so surprised to see our room had been cleaned. All the other hotels we stayed at you had to request for a cleaning service. They even put a mini Easter basket with treats in our room. I know to others this may not be much, but it lifted my spirits greatly & it made my day. This was such a kind gesture for the hotel & staff to do for the guests. I would definitely come back!! Thank you for your amazing customer service, which is so rare nowadays. 😊"
