Nice and modern rooms in a good location. Staff friendly and complimentary tea/coffee and bottled water.

Beautiful building, elegant decor, great location, reserved street parking at the entrance, very comfortable bed.

Great and stylish hotel with a good price. Great service and delicious food.

Staff arranged limo, upgraded our rooms, arranged Chernobyl tour perfectly. Had the most wonderful time in Kiev and will certainly return as so much to see. Hotel is the best we have ever stayed in, staff were second to none, room was amazing and food was perfect. I couldn't fault this hotel or Kiev itself in any way. Perfect. Thank you 11 Mirrors for making our stay one we will never forget and would certainly repeat.

Hotel was clean and up to a good standard. I would stay there again.

Ecsellent

Great shelter.

I used to stay in one very posh hotel in Kyiv, as twice expensive as Senators Apartments. But I like this one much more. It is very tidy and comfortable. The receptionist has been especially very kind and helpful. Next time will definitely stay here.

Great location, breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff.

I have stayed here before and will always return when I am flying in and out of Borispol Airport. The rooms are very clean, beds comfortable and the service excellent.

Brilliant Hotel, fantastic Food and really close to the airport

Lovely clean hotel with very friendly, helpful staff. The apartment was nice and spacious. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you

I was expecting a scornful rebuff but the assistant reception manager Maksim welcomed me warmly and agreed to store our bikes. When we returned on Sunday...

I love this place the staff are excellent. I hope to visit again soon.

The room was very comfortable with lovely little touches such as Molton Brown toiletries, bathrobe, slippers, free bottled water by the bed each day and a wake up call if asked for with a complimentary hot drink and it was scrupulously clean. The beds were so comfortable. It had free English news channels and you could pay a reasonable price of £2.70 to watch current DVD's. The staff were so friendly. Try and get the breakfast included in your room as it really is wonderful - the breakfast...
