"Breakfast seemed like it was never fully out. Something always missing. Room cleanliness was ok, had to wipe down the table and microwave due to fingerprints and sticky cup rings. Requested the room be refreshed but staff came later in the day while we were in the room and had to pass by. Having to valet the car every time was not very convenient. Staff were nice. "

"I was injured on my stay and recieved a nasty cut across my knuckle due to poor design in the hallways and exposed metal and almost severing my knuckle from my finger. Bled all over the hotel, lost a whole night of doing things and going out. Was impossible to find anyone to help me, spent $50 on medical supplies. Their solution was to offer me less than 1 nights stay worth of a refund and 10% on my next stay. Will not be staying here again. Also impossile to contact anyone if you have issues with literally anything. Pool was nice."

"The hotel was wonderful. It was very clean, staff was attentive, albeit a few housekeeping mixups that were rectified by management, friendly staff, great lobby restaurant, and great location. I will return there next time I am in Nashville. "
