"Beautiful location nestled away from all worries. Ocean rocks you to sleep and wakes you up. Only a few minutes to necessities, and within half hour of all sorts of trails and restaurants. Staff is friendly, with a great gift shop full of local treats. Dog friendly too!"

"This is a clean, newly renovated place. It is very conveniently located to almost all of the attractions in Newport. While there is no view (I wasn't expecting one) the place was neat, & clean. In all honesty, because of the price, this was a much nicer place than I thought I would find. We stayed 6 nights, & there was nothing that I can complain about. I will definitely stay here again!"

"The view was fantastic. Amenities all checked out. The walk is about a mile to old town Newport. Great for healthy walkers but a bit of a walk for others. We did not use the pool but it looked great when we walked through it to check out the docks. Staff was great. Kitchen had most everything we needed...everything you would expect. Would definitely come back!"
