The owners are on site and very friendly and helpful. Large patio with chairs overlooking the sunset. Located about 10 minutes from downtown Paso Robles. Great place and would recommend to all. The “futon” was more of a sofa (I did manage to sleep on it after requesting extra bedding), “free breakfast” was two pods for the coffee machine, pizza was not available after 6pm and if there was a beach we didn’t find it (at least 4 miles away).
