"Our host was excellent and very helpful in offering suggestions about the neighborhood. The apartment is in excellent condition and well stocked with kitchen ware, soaps, towels and extra bedding. Lu'o'ng's apartment is in an excellent location, close to good dining, great grocery stores, hiking, and shopping either at the mall or Almaden Plaza. We love this place"

"I honestly regret booking this hotel. For the amount of money we paid, the stay was absolutely not worth it. The quality of the service was poor, the food was disappointing, and overall the experience did not meet expectations at all. One of the biggest issues was that the hotel claims to be dog friendly, but it definitely did not feel that way during our stay. The policies and attitude toward pets made it very inconvenient and uncomfortable. Overall, the experience was frustrating and far below what was advertised. I will not stay here again and would not recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay."
