"The food is generally excellent. I found the food at the carving station in the buffet disappointing (the meat was generally overcooked), but overall the buffet is great, with a huge variety and it changes every day. The room cleaning was great and the mini bar was kept well stocked. Service was great and the staff are all friendly and helpful. We’ve been here multiple times and will be back."

"Elevador torre norte. La puerta del elevador se cierra aunque las personas estén entrando. El botones me ayudó porque al cerrarse la puerta me caí, él intentó sostener la puerta pero aún así seguía cerrándose. Es un peligro."

"This resort exceeded every expectation I had. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, everything was first class. The property is absolutely stunning—beautifully maintained inside and out. The staff went above and beyond to make every part of our stay enjoyable. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The pools were gorgeous, crystal clear, and impeccably clean. Room service was fast and reliable, delivering whatever we needed right to our door. The food was outstanding. Every restaurant was excellent, and the buffets were honestly some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Breakfast was incredible every morning, and the all-inclusive experience was worth every penny, with great food, premium drinks, beer, liquor, and cocktails always available. The beaches were breathtaking, the views were unforgettable, and seeing the famous Arch made the trip even more special. Best of all, we felt completely safe throughout our entire vacation. Cabo truly feels like the Hamptons of Mexico—luxurious, vibrant, and incredibly beautiful. I can’t recommend this resort enough. It was one of the best vacations I’ve ever taken, and I’ll absolutely be coming back. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate. You won’t be disappointed."

"Family friendly, staff is extremely kind and helpful. Only drawback is food options limited, and rooms are outdated. No seafood options unless you pay, haven't seen that in most all inclusive resorts. Pool clean, beach filled with seaweed and maybe they can clean up seaweed a bit more often, had minimal entertainment. Overall good rating"
