"There was an error in our booking date. It was pointed out two days in advance, when we checked into a room at a higher rate. Both Expedia and the property declined to credit our account. We will not be patronizing either Expedia or La Quinta in the future. "

"Over all stay was good. Booked the room on Expedia which was nice and easy. Upon checking in at the hotel the clerk had me run my card for “incidentals”. Ran it 2 times and each time my card was charged and immediately refunded. 3 time it took but none of them showed up on the hotel screen. All in all it took about 20 minutes to get manager to waive the process. "
