Guests can enjoy the included Barnstable Beach Pass, granting access to 15 scenic beaches across the Cape with free parking for one car. Beautiful and clean home! We loved our stay. I can imagine it gets a little cramped with a larger group on a rainy day. But each room has their own TV. We loved how close it was to the beach and having the beach pass was worth every penny!

Great little place! Would stay again

Pros: well-stocked with beach equipment, very clean, great location near the beach and had walking path to pond, AC worked well/lots of fans, big outdoor shower, comfortable beds, lots of closet/storage space. Cons: no dining room (have to eat at island or outside at the table), all one floor (maybe would be cramped with a larger group), no kayaks to use with the pond, landscapers were there all weekend

Nice Property in Quiet Neighborhood

Wonderful, private house. Located near Hyannis but far enough away from busy roads that it’s very quiet. Access to Long Pond (shared by neighborhood) is a nice plus.

Great cozy cape

This cottage was perfect and on a little pond with tommy access. I highly recommended this cottage for first time capers or family's. It's quiet, close to beaches, close to everything!! Will definitely be going back!

Excellent in every way

My mom and sister and I were impressed with this immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, thoughtfully stocked with the basics and some nice extras, and perfectly located cottage. After traveling from Minnesota, it was nice to have a "home base" to use to go out exploring Cape Cod. We would highly recommend this cottage.

Beautiful cottage

Beautifully decorated clean cottage for 4 adults and 2 children. All amenities were there. Great if you love to kayak. The lake was right there near the property. Get in the car and drive 10 minutes to Beach.
