  • This spacious, second story, 3 bedroom apartment is located on Centerville’s (World’s Largest) Town Square, 15 minutes from Lake Rathbun, and short walking distance for restaurants and shopping. The apartment can sleep up to 11 with 3 bedrooms (king size master with en suite, full size futon in master, 2 queen bedrooms, and two memory foam pull out sleeper sofas in living room. There are 2 newly remodeled bathrooms, one with a tub / shower combo, and the other with a stand-up shower. Free on site laundry, self-check in with keypad, private entry, stocked kitchen, high-speed WiFi, tv’s in all bedrooms, and a dedicated office space.
