About this property
Lake Front Cabin on Squam Lake/On Golden Pond
- Wonderful lake front property. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath home includes a private dock just steps away. Approximately, 1000 square feet, the cabin is fully insulated and heated and features a gas fireplace along with an enclosed porch perfect for watching sunsets. There is beach access to arguably one of the largest natural beaches on Squam Lake as well as use of kayaks and fishing rods. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and a bunk bed. The property is part of a family compound consisting of three homes. Please contact owner for booking information and fee breakout. Per NH state law, a renters tax is part of the fee breakout.
