A comfortable hotel with friendly and courteous staff.
There was room for improvement within the hotel, namely a couple of maintenance issues within the restaurant area and electrical issues within the hotel, but didn't
affect our stay, but I mention it
The room was great, the breakfast, the location convenient, and the overall experience, including wine tasting was amazing. The only suggestion would be to add night time curtains on the windows facing the access road as the street light was penetrating the regular curtains at night.
Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The food was delicious and everyone was very very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this beautiful chateau. Thanks so much for the stay.
We wanted a quiet hotel with a nice restaurant nearby Blois and were rewarded with a great courteous welcome in a beautiful old estate . The dinner was absolutely delicious with a great creative menu servd by mot friendly and profesional waiters.Well worth a visit.
We had a lovely stay at the chateau and they even helped us with our dirty laundry! The breakfast was nice and the one dinner we had was excellent, plus beautifully presented. I would recommend this to my friends if they were staying in the area.
Wonderful! Nice, peaceful Chateau hotel with big rooms, nice breakfast and dinner! Just 5 miles from town and not far for our visits to Chenonceaux and Chambord Chateau’s. Perfect location for a day slower pace on our adventurous 15 European vacation.
Nice, clean and quiet. We had fantastic food and wine in the restaurant courtyard. A good night’s sleep. And our car was charged with the hotel’s charging point. Great and welcoming staff also. Big recommendations.
The staff was helpful but seemed mechanical and condescending. Breakfast is wonderful with many options. The bed was clean but had fist-sized lumps. I was informed by the director that the lumps were special for comfort and that all beds have this special mattresses. I was told to turn off the air conditioning when not in the room. This is unexpected in a highly-rated four star hotel. The staff seems to believe that guests are fortunate to stay.
I didn’t expect it to be this good. I’d just booked the cheapest room, expecting a small room in the attic. But it was very large, newly renovated with an updated (excellent) shower. The AC was completely silent and cooled down the room effectively despite it being 99 F outside.
The restaurant is okay for dinner and great for breakfast.
We also enjoyed the pool table and walking along the little river nearby. Best chateau stay we had on this trip 10/10
