Carpet was wet and made the room smell musty. The one chair in the room made an obnoxiously loud squeaking noise every time you leaned back. Not enough towels or toilet paper - had to ask for more on day 2 of our stay. Will not be staying at this hotel again.

Toilet ran the entire time I was there. the furnace sounded like an airplane. I found it quite odd that to men were completely cleaning out their vehicles and using the hotels carts to haul stuff away in the parking lot of the hotel and then when they were done they left. the bed was not comfortable at all.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well stocked and had a good selection, including hot items. Best part was the front desk staff! They were very friendly, very helpful, and aimed to please. They were even training a new employee and she was great as well!

We had a great stay, and I especially want to recognize Jessie at the front desk. He greeted us with a genuine smile, remembered to help me get my member points, and went above and beyond with customer service. When I couldn’t find any milk for my toddler, he was incredibly helpful and kind. It made a big difference traveling with kids. Thank you, Jessie, for making our stay feel welcoming and stress-free!
