### Villa in Cecina Mare near Sandy Beaches

This family-friendly holiday complex welcomes you on the outskirts of Cecina Mare, in the heart of Tuscany. Just 800 meters separate you from the incredibly long sandy beaches. The apartments in the two-unit residence (type A and type B) and the beautiful single-story villas (type C and type D), each with four apartments, are clustered around the popular pool area with a children's splash pad in the spacious and well-maintained garden. While you pamper yourself in the indoor wellness area (for a fee), an entertainment team ensures that the kids are entertained during the high season. In the restaurant with pizzeria, outdoor terrace, and pool view, you can enjoy culinary delights. The seafront promenade with a sandy beach and numerous restaurants, cafes, and bars is just a short walk away. The beaches along the pine forest south of the village are free, unlike those along the seafront. The pine forest extends for about 15 kilometers from the river mouth to the nearby town of Bibbona and guarantees pleasant refreshment, especially in the summer. The area, also home to numerous animal species, has been a Nature Reserve since 1977 (Tomboli di Cecina State Reserve). This is what your holiday complex offers: 35 buildings, 156 accommodation units, reception, restaurant, snack bar, kiosk, shared terrace, parking. For a fee: washing machine. Activities: shared outdoor swimming pool (300 m2), outdoor shower, sun loungers, umbrellas. Children's pool (25 m2) (open from early April to late September, depending on the weather). Beach volleyball, bocce, fitness room, tennis. For a fee: wellness area, massages. Aromatherapy, sauna, jacuzzi, bike rental. For children: playground, slide, swing, playroom (children 1-5 years old accompanied by parents), entertainment (seasonal). Extras included: shuttle bus to the beach, high season only.  
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Only small dogs allowed (up to shoulder height 25 cm). For hygienic reasons, access to the pool is only permitted with a swimming cap.

Nasza rodzina spędziła tydzień w spokojnym i komfortowym otoczeniu, Okolica jest wspaniała, a plaża jest łatwo dostępna pieszo w ciągu 5-10 minut przez piękny las sosnowy, Po południu bawiliśmy się w wiosce przy cichych zajęciach dla dzieci organizowanych przez personel, które były zrównoważone i nieinwazyjne, a my relaksowaliśmy się przy basenie, Również wieczorem dzieci miały dużo zabawy, Apartamenty są proste (należy zabrać środki czyszczące, gąbki i papier toaletowy, oprócz własnych produktów do pielęgnacji osobistej), ale mają wszystko, co potrzebne do przygotowania prostych posiłków, Miło było jeść na świeżym powietrzu pod zadaszeniem z trawnikiem przed sobą, Sąsiedzi byli mili i cisi, Istniała również możliwość wynajmu rowerów, ale nie skorzystaliśmy z niej, ponieważ proces był skomplikowany i wymagał rejestracji przez aplikację,,, chciałbym móc je wynająć po prostu pytając w recepcji, rozmawiając z prawdziwą osobą!
