It is a good hotel but the service is atrocious. They make mountains out of a small hill. If it were not for the absence of customer service for the most loyal guests, i would recommend this hotel. Art is fabulous. The front staff, appalling. I stayed here 7 nights total without any demands. And even a little bit of leeway for a late checkout they had the nerve to charge me another night for checking out at 1230\. Absolutely ridiculous after a 7-night stay.
