"Literie confortable, nous avions une chambre qui donnait sur l’avenue d’Etigny nous avons eu la musique du bar jusqu’à 1h du mat puis les cris des gens dans la rue toute la nuit, peut être plus calme avec un chambre qui ne donne pas sur l’avenue? "Do not recommend for non-Spanish speakers. The hosts are lovely and the hotel is nice and clean, but communication for English speakers is tricky. Maybe if you speak French or Italian it could also work, but just FYI, none of the staff speak a word of English. But it’s pretty much like that in the entire Val d’Aran."

"One of the worst travel experiences we've ever had - completely unprofessional and disrespectful. By looking at other people's reviews, it appears that we are not the only travelers to have our booking cancelled by Hotel Vacanceole without notice. "Personne a l’accueil, une chambre certes économique mais avec une chaise faisant office de table de nuit (106€) pas de cabinet de douche, sauf un lavabo. Après réclamation une nouvelle chambre nous a été donnée. Cela ne change rien au fait, que nous avons réservé une chambre dans hôtel ayant toutes les caractéristiques d’un établissement fermé, pas averti que le restaurant était fermé et qu’il fallait se rendre dans un autre établissement pour le petit déjeuner .
