"We reserved a king bed with a hot tub in the room but we didn’t get that. The bathroom and walls were stained and gross. The pictures of the website didn’t look anything like the actual hotel. I was really disappointed. "

Location is a short driving distance to a lot of cool things to do in Watkins Glen & Ithaca and of course the state park right in Trumansburg. "Arriving at the Showboat Hotel our room was not acceptably clean. The floor was sticky and covered with dirt, mini fridge had mold, and the balcony had dirt/bird droppings that was clearly not kept up with. I called the hotel desk which is not in on the weekends, after speaking with hospitality we were sent a housekeeper.
