Good facilities - good size - and a fantastic view over the sea. Staff very helpful - particularly Blaze (sorry if I've spelt it wrong) who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Hôtel dans son jus mais il suffit de le noter sur le document d’entrée. Parking demandez les solutions moi j’ai pris la carte extérieure 35 euros parfait pour une semaine. Petit villa ge sympathique avec quelques restos, une boulangerie, une pizzéria, un magasin carrefour et quelques autres boutiques. A visiter absolument pas loin à voiture Mers-les-Bains, Le Tréport et le Crotoy. En ce qui concerne la résidence même le mobilier est défraichi et nous laisse la possibilité de faire le ménage nous-même mais vous devez prévoir vos produits d'entretien, seau, raclette et serpillère ##### quaisin Stayed 3 nights in Mar 2025 ### 2/10 Terrible #### christian 27 Jun 2024 #### À éviter a tout prix Nous avons été prévenu par message téléphonique l’avant veille de notre arrivée que la réception était fermée On ne nous a pas donné le code d’entrée pour l’arrivée et nous avons dû attendre 20 minutes qu’un client sorte pour nous ouvrir la porte La clé était dans le coffre à code mais pas de drap ni de serviette dans la chambre ni de carte de télévision Des balais et un seau dans le couloir! En plus il fallait payer le ménage (pour une nuit !) Malte les efforts d’une agent ( Qui se trouvait en Savoie car le responsable local n’a pas donné son téléphone) nous avons décidé de partir après 1 heure et demi d’attente et l’avons dit à l’agent! L’établissement n’est pas fait pour de courts séjours et de plus est en état dégradé qui mérite une rénovation À déconseiller fortement Mérite une visite de contrôle N’ayant pas déballé nos affaires nous avons décidé de remettre la clé dans le coffre et de repartir. Je demande donc le remboursement de cette nuitee. L'appartement que nous avions loué (2 chambres + cabine) est spacieux et fonctionnel. Superbe vue sur la mer depuis le grand balcon et depuis les deux chambres. Literie confortable. Cuisine bien équipée et en parfait état, hormis les murs et la bouche de VMC sales. Immeuble d'une construction de piètre qualité (fissures, y compris sur les doublages intérieurs) et dont l'entretien est très négligé, ce qui se traduit par un mauvais état général. Entretien et nettoyage négligés dans les parties communes des étages (énormes taches sur les moquettes, état des murs) Appartement mal entretenu : murs sales (un lessivage complet est indispensable + peinture) , les quelques réparations effectuées dans l'appartement ont été bâclées (retouches de peinture blanche sur des murs sales). L'état d'une partie du mobilier et des huisseries laisse à désirer. Horaires très restreints d'ouverture de la piscine. Cette dernière n'est pas non plus entretenue comme elle le mériterait : parois latérales sales, vitres non nettoyées. De plus la cabine et les toilettes ne peuvent plus se verrouiller... WiFi et tv en option à des tarifs dissuasifs. Cette résidence a de réels atouts mais le laisser aller dans la maintenance des appartements et parties communes gâche quelque peu le séjour. La direction de la résidence semble sourde aux commentaires récurrents des clients à ce sujet. Dommage.
