"This property is great! It’s away from downtown, so quiet but beautiful beach. Restaurants close by, we walked to them. We did not use the pool, but it looked super good. Beautiful canals, hammocks, and chairs everywhere. Convenience store close. Really enjoyed our stay. Staff will get you taxis or excursions."

"Overall, this is a wonderful vacation property. Communication with property management was great, they were responsive and even offered suggestions for excursions while we were in Nassau. Location of the property is also really good. Close to a lot of great restaurants and amenities, but just far enough from downtown that you are not feeling crowded. Pulling out of the driveway is a bit trickly, but we got it figured out pretty quickly.The beach and water are amazing!The only way to get to the beach is through a basement bedroom or out the front door. Overall, this was a minor inconvenience that we quickly adapted to. The patio off of the living room / dining room is wonderful. Nothing better than grabbing a cup of coffee in the morning and sitting on the patio overlooking the water. Big hit with my group."
