"Had a great time with a family of 7. Rooms were nice and had a great time on the beach. Few locals were on the beach but were friendly. House had beautiful views of water. Leaving house to get on road was kind of dangerous cause house was on a curve so we had to be careful getting on. Other than that, the house was great with no issues. Family had a wonderful time. Oh and we rented jet skis and they delivered them to us. That was a plus."

"The view of the ocean was lovely. The pool was great. The house is very tired. Lots of things broken , not working and worn out. Kitchen definitely needs improvement from getting a fridge in the kitchen that works to glassware. There’s no shot glasses. The dishwasher wouldn’t clean thoroughly. The kitchen lights are mostly burnt out. Soap dispensers broken. Not a lot of privacy from adjacent property which is very busy with guests. The highway to grids to beach is very busy, noisy and dangerous for children to cross on their own. The beach is perfectly quiet and not busy so it’s perfect for seclusion. Only 6 minutes from airport and easy to get to restaurants and grocery stores."

"We had an excellent time at the property. I would like to make a few suggestions. While we had the main house and the check in process was easy many other guest staying on the property struggled with check in. Several people came to our pool are after dark looking for their "room." While we had no problem helping them attempt to find it, it was challenging. There should maybe be a Map and better lighting (motion lights) so people can see what they are looking for. Parking for the main house should be outside of the gate as our van blocked the only walk way to the other rooms for people who had bags. (We were told to park inside the gate) The staff were very attentive when we had questions or needs. I would also suggest leaving a book for guest to share their experiences with local activities and maybe brochures/menus. "
