"Older hotel, but well maintained and very clean. This hotel is not for everybody. If you want a five star luxury hotel go somewhere else. This place is for the traveler on a budget. Food is good, rooms are clean and the beach is beautiful. Most staff are friendly and helpful. This was my sixth time visiting Breezes and I definitely plan to go again."

"We really didn't like the facility in the room. The bathroom knob just came off. House keeping was scheduled to come once in 3 nights I believe. Upon multiple request they sent the house keeping on second day to replace the towels. I mean a hotel which is at the beach is expected to have constant towel replacement and cleaning considering the guest requirements and visits to the beach. We didn't like the staff at all. There was no friendly or warm gestures. It was borderline arrogance. We weren't happy with the room and the staff. What we likes is the property and its amenities. They were clean and nice. Multiple pools and the beach were really beautiful. The water park was amazing. That's about it. Restaurants were very expensive with average taste."

"The property was well maintained and the views from the pool area are amazing. The only thing we wished was the pool to be heated. During our stay, the weather was cooler and windy then normal. The ocean was too rough and the only option we had was the pool, which felt chilly and you really couldn't stay in too long."

"Fantastic location with easy access to the clear water beach with minimal crowds. The room was clean and spacious and good food options around. I'd highly recommend this place for any solo or group travel! The only small issue was a dog in one of the units, I think having a loose dog charge at visitors can be uncomfortable."

"5 star! This place was perfect. Perfectly stocked and spacious condo. Looks exactly like the photos. Comfortable beds. Louisa wasvery helpful connecting us with a taxi driver for the week and communication for check in and out is super easy. The balcony and pool and sea are magical. We’d love to come back. "

"Our three bedroom suite was immaculate! Our hosts were prompt to respond to our needs, and the location was perfect. We had a feeling of seclusion in our private residence and private beach, and also got the benefit of all that Baha Mar had to offer. The only small bit that fits into the improvement category is the state of renovations. The exterior of the building was in heavy renovation, and feel there could have been a little more of a heads up. However this did not materially impact our stay. Wonderful stay and I do plan to return to Sulgrave Manor!"

"The photos do not accurately represent this property. The pool is cold, the backyard is in rough shape. The appliances in the kitchen are pretty bad. So much so, that we bought a new toaster and wine bottle opener. All the buttons on the dishwasher are shot. The bedding was comfortable and soft. There is no cable tv. The air conditioning works very well. Pots and pans were pretty cheap and not very clean. The location is pretty good. As long as know walking in that this is nothing special. The host is a very nice person."
