Friendly service and a great location. The only issue was the pool was advertised as heated but was 75 F when we used it.

Cute little cottages clustered together right next to the Anne of Green Gables Heritage Center. Cottages were slightly run down (a little peeling paint, a cracked tile) but perfectly serviceable and very clean inside. Each cottage has a small porch with two chairs and a line for hanging wet things. Grills in front of a lot of the cottages too. No frills but a pleasant stay.

Quaint little rustic cabin. Only thing was the wood panel made it dark inside . Also they didn't replace our towels as they said they would. Good thing was we only needed 2 days worth so we were ok. I'd stay there again. Centrally located in Cavendish.

Great value and centrally located. I essentially rented a small cottage for the price of a hotel room. My cottage was a bit dated but clean and fully operational. I’d definitely stay here again.

The room was run down but overall clean. The stairs were falling off of the cottage and needed to be nailed back on. The property did not look like what it showed on Expedia. It needed some TLC. The room was overall clean but certain parts were not. Our weather turned a bit cold while we were there and we wanted to turn on the heat but it was so dirty we chose not to. The location is great. The photo showed that the ocean was closer than it was- it was deceiving. Sadly I wouldnt recommend this location.

Booked the property for a girls trip and it was perfect. We were upgraded to a larger room free of charge and when I wanted to extend my stay they made the whole process very easy. The room was very clean and I will definitely be staying again!!

It was a good and quiet location and had a working pool. However, the cabins were sorely in need of updating. One cabin was far from code: low doorframe (my husband hit his head on it), stairs had a dangerous lip that I tripped over, floor was so slanted that I couldn't fry an egg properly, and the doors didn't close properly. There was still food in the freezer and the TV was from the 90s. The a/c and heater were older than that. The other cabin our friends had was a little better and cleaner but the roof leaked in the rain. These cabins could be cute and quaint if they were fixed up and repaired properly.

We were 3 people with a 8 year old. Bedding was enough to accommodate us. Property was super clean with all the necessary things. As an Indian family, there was enough utensils to prepare Indian food. Was first hesitate to book this cottage reading Google reviews but, I think this property was exactly what it was listed. It's not super luxurious so if you want luxurious stay than go ahead. It's perfect for normal people with normal necessities.

The cabins were very clean. The only problem was that our cabin was right beside the hwy so we requested one further back and they said that there were no open 1 bedrooms so we had to pay an extra 103$ for a 2 bedroom. As far as we could see there were a few 1 bedrooms not occupied Other than that it was good.

The cottages are in a great location and are very cute. The kids loved the playground a pool. The pool desperately needs a new liner as it is sagging and not attached to the pool, however the water was clean and very refreshing. I had to clean the shower stall as it was pretty dirty. The dishes were dirty and had to be washed, I think the previous occupants had only rinsed them and put them away making it look like they were clean. The sheets on the pull out couch were dirty and we had to replace them, There should be more care taken in between guests making sure everything is clean. We only had 2 forks but the office supplied us with more. Cavendish is a beautiful spot and we still enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. It was clean, cozy, and smelled fresh from the moment we walked in until the day we left. The location was excellent. Our cottage had a beautiful view for both sunrise and sunset every day, and it was just minutes from Avonlea Village, Green Gables Heritage Place, the tourist market, and the Boardwalk area, making it very convenient for exploring. We appreciated being able to check in two hours early. The only drawback was the checkout policy. Checkout is at 10:00 a.m., and when our flight was delayed by four hours, we weren’t able to extend our stay for just a few extra hours. It would have been nice if there were a little more flexibility in situations like that. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again!
