Perfectly located in the centre of Cauterets at the foot of the Lys cable car, on the 3rd floor with lift, a 35m2 duplex apartment, simple and well-equipped for 4 to 5 people.   
  
One bedroom with 2 children's beds, a mezzanine with a double bed, a fully-equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, a covered parking space at the foot of the residence for easy access to the Pont d'Espagne or elsewhere. A locker for your shoes and skis at the foot of the building.   
  
Entrance hall leading to living room with fully equipped kitchen (hob, top fridge, dishwasher, mini oven, MO oven, filter coffee maker and toaster), dining table, sofa bed. TV.   
  
Shower room with wc and washing machine.   
  
First floor:   
  
Mezzanine with double bed.   
  
Bedroom with 2 twin beds, 80x180\.   
  
The lift leads directly to the basement where you have your own parking space.   
  
Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price, but are available at extra cost if required.   
  
Please leave the kitchen clean and tidy on your departure, take out your rubbish and think about selective sorting. We'll take care of the rest!
