Balcony with beautiful mountain views, parking space and shared swimming pool accessible during the school holidays in July and August. GROUND FLOOR: \- Entrance and ski locker. \- Living room with sitting area (sofa bed 140x190, coffee table, TV screen), dining area (table seating 6), fully-equipped kitchenette (hob, fridge-freezer, conventional and microwave ovens, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette machine). \- Children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds (80x190) and wardrobe. \- WC FIRST FLOOR : \- Master bedroom with double bed (160x200) and wardrobe. \- An alcove with a single bed (‘cabin’ under the roof, suitable for children) \- Bathroom with bath/shower and vanity unit.
