"The facility was meticulously cleaned and amenities were very good. We would have liked the gym to be inside the hotel, but having access to YMCA facility was not too bad. We had two suites with King sized beds. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The things that can be improved was the we had a leaky faucet in one of the bathrooms and the flush stayed stuck until we would manually pull it back up. We reported these but there was not much attention paid to them. We expected better from such a nice hotel. The other thing that bothered us was that our TV in the sitting area of the room would not connect properly for Google Casting. The inside TV would connect but took a long time and disconnected while we were watching a show, so some improvements in technology is warranted. Parking was paid, but had ample space and the parking spaces were wider than most downtown spots we have seen. Proximity to downtown locations is great, although some may find living closer to the wharf better. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider it again."

"We stayed in a Crown Queen room. Check- in was quick but thorough details about amenities were provided. They even gave us a map of things to see/do in Halifax. Hotel location was close to all we wanted to see & we could easily drive to the waterfront. We enjoyed our accommodations that we extended our stay. Patrick was very helpful with finding us another room. Staff @ breakfast were attentive yet efficient. Food offerings were excellent. My son enjoyed the pool. Only issue was parkade elevator was broken & I had a large suitcase that I had to drag up all the stairs from the lowest level of the garage. However I noticed it was fixed within a couple hours. After whale watching in Digby, we are closing off our NS trip back at this hotel ✨ Looking fwd to our stay"

"Was a great spot close to downtown. The room was very spacious and had air conditioning. I really enjoyed our stay, offers breakfast in the morning. Stuff were super friendly and helpful, gave a nice restaurant suggestion within a minute's walk. parking is available in the back for cost and is limited."

"We absolutely loved this hotel on our last night in Halifax! It was immaculate all round, the room was beautiful with 2 gorgeous chandeliers, fine bedding linens, very comfy pillows, extremely clean, modern with gorgeous floor to ceiling windows with a view of the city. I loved the fact that all the bath products were L'Occitaine...great choice. We felt really pampered staying here and it was in a great location where we could walk to everything nearby. The concierge was lovely and helped look after our luggage and was super friendly to deal with. Sutton Place left a lasting impression!"
