This is going to be a long review, so please bare with me. When I got to the property (on time) to check in, I spent 3 whole hours waiting to check in. I went to guest services to complain about the wait and the young lady that was there compared the resort where ppl go to vacation and relax to a BANK! I booked 2 rooms. The rooms were nice and clean but in one of the rooms the refrigerator was empty and no one ever came to stock it during my entire stay, the AC barely worked and the Jacuzzi tub didn't fill up with water. Called to report all of this and no one ever came to fix it or fill up the mini fridge. It had rained really hard one day and we noticed that there was a leak coming from one of the vents in the room. No one came to fix it nor did they give us an option to switch rooms. I went to guest services multiple times and Every single person there was super UNHELPFUL) Especially the manager (Kathy Lucini). This had to have been the worst resort experience of my life. I would Never recommend this resort to anyone and I wouldn't go back even if you paid me to. Avoid this place at all cost!

They offer you a contract and show you all rooms that you can have access if you part of their membership. You spend all day and the beginning they just tell you that they gonna give you a tour but at the end they want you to accept the contract to become member and they get mad at you just because you don’t want that contract. Food is bad . Everything is fare away , u have to take a bus to go anywhere .

I am struggling with this review. My family and I just returned from a 5 night stay yesterday. We had never been to the dr before and stayed at this resort because we had won a free trip. However the trip was for 3 and I have a family of 5 so we booked another room separately. This apparently caused an issue in so many ways. The hotel is subdivided into different areas with better or worse accommodations. Upgraded areas shall we say. The package we won was at one part of the hotel. I accidentally booked a room separately in another part of the hotel but did successfully cancel it and rebook it properly days before. this change did not register on their end and they were unwilling to accommodate us all in the same area upon check in despite me having called 48 hours prior to our trip and requesting adjoining rooms. It couldn’t be done until 24 hours later and we still wouldn’t be next to each other. At that point we didn’t want the hassle of moving all our stuff again. However , dinner reservations now became a thing. They wanted us to make two seperate reservations for the rooms But it had to be done in the corresponding lobbies. When I explained we’re all one family and just make a reservation for 5 they said no. I ignored this and just showed up to dinner with my family of 5 and got eye rolls because our number didn’t match their numbers. But they did accommodate. Ignore the people in the gray shirts. Time share. Complain about the room if things don’t work .
