"The hotel and location are amazing. The rooms are comfortable, clean, felt luxurious, and our park-side room had an amazing direct view of the park, where we could see a few of the animals, which was lovely. The staff were really friendly, welcoming and helpful. The cafes, restaurants and shops that are on the hotel’s doorstep are really nice and the whole area feels enclosed and a lovely place to stay, relax and explore. The park is beautiful and right next to the hotel - so perfect to stay if you’re going to the park. It’s an all-around great hotel to stay in for a night, or even for a full holiday! We will definitely be returning."

"Lovely hotel, clean and spacious rooms. Good lighting in the rooms and bathroom. Multiple mirrors and sockets. Only downfall was the temp control thermostat stays lit up overnight. Very modern hotel. Great bar, breakfast and dinner! Helpful wait staff. Gym was okay for a hotel gym. Parking on site is separate to booking. Overall a great stay and would come back!"

"We were greeted at check in by a very friendly chap. It was nice to see someone that appeared to be enjoying his work. On reaching our room, I was pleasantly surprised to find a spacious room with a large TV. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spotlessly clean with a large shower cubicle. The shower head was quite old fashioned and could do with an update but was perfectly serviceable. Breakfast was very good, with lots of hot and cold choices, although it was difficult to find a table. The staff working breakfast were efficient and quick to clear tables. The hotel is quite a distance from the railway station so be prepared for a 15-20 minute walk and it is hilly around the hotel. I would recommend this hotel, especially as breakfast is included."
