"From check-in, to the hot tub and pools, the amazing breakfast spread, the hotel bar, the happy hour food options, and the entire staff, you need to stay at this location!!! Way better than a typical stay at similar chains. Room was clean and very spacious. Loved the amenities offered for guests. The hotel was packed with guests and yet I always found parking. I love this Charlotte location and will only stay here when I visit the area. It was located super close to downtown areas and it was never loud or noisy in the hallways. "
"The check-in process was easy. During the check-in the staff mention they are going through a remodel. She let me know only one elevator worked, the light for the floor I was staying on didn’t work as well as the light to press the elevator to go up. Communication was great. I didn’t mind all the hiccups during the stay because the staff provided me with all the information I needed in the beginning. They served a wonderful breakfast & had free wi-fi! I will definitely stay here again in the future "
