Lovely waterfront cottage with breathtaking views of bay

Sweeping marsh and ocean views define this property. Located in the desirable private association of Tahanto in Pocasset. A wonderful quaint cottage in a delightful neighborhood where kids can ride their bikes around the safe, little trafficked roads. This cottage has 2 bedrooms (1st with a Queen and 2nd with bunk beds). A pullout couch in the living room. Sleeps 6. Linens included.

Located directly on green grass estuary and a 100 yard walk down a sand pathway to the quiet, sandy private beach.

The home is part of a private community where you can access the private dock on the deep water Pocasset River where you can swim or pick up and drop off boat passengers. Launch ramp directly across from this dock.

Fishing from jetty about 1/4 mile down the beach from the cottage.

Ideal for those who want a safe and quite private cape cod experience without the big surf, traffic, noise, and crowds of the mid cape and upper cape. 1 hour 10 minutes from Boston.
