The house has recently been renovated and carefully finished but taking care to recover the finishes from the construction period. It is adjacent to the Ursino Castle, the historic "A Piscaria" fish market, the Benedictine Monastery, the Roman Theatre, the Indirizzo spa, Piazza Duomo and many other sites and museums in the city.
