Completely renovated in July 2024 and located on the ground floor and mezzanine floor of an early 1900s building, this home combines the charm of period architecture with the comfort of modernity. The apartment is located 150 meters from the Teatro Massimo Bellini, 250 meters from Via Etnea and 500 meters from Piazza Duomo, making it the ideal starting point for exploring the city.
Furthermore, the apartment is only 2km from the sandy beach of "Playa" or from the suggestive cliff.

Great location

Great spot, easy walk from the train station, close to the scenic spots and dozens of restaurants. Stroll over to Via Etnea and enjoy the sights! Marco was kind enough to arrange an early morning taxi to the airport.
