THE APARTMENT HAS BEEN REINFORCED IN A MODERN KEY FURNISHED WITH CARE AND IS EQUIPPED WITH EVERY COMFORT.
YOU ACCESS TO THE APARTMENT FROM THE INTERNAL COURT OF THE PALACE AND THE ENTRANCE IS INDEPENDENT. THERE IS A COMFORTABLE AND WELL-EQUIPPED KITCHEN, BATHROOM WITH SHOWER, A LARGE LIVING ROOM WHERE YOU WILL FIND A SOFA OF A SQUARE AND HALF AND HAVE A RAMP OF STAIRS OF ELEVEN STEPS YOU ACCESS THE MEZZANINE WHERE THE DOUBLE BED IS FOUND.
THE APARTMENT IS EQUIPPED WITH TV, CLIMATE AND WIFI.
THE GUEST WILL HAVE THE OCCURRENT FOR COOKING FROM THE DISHES TO SUGAR OIL, ACETO AND SOME SPICES FOR DISPOSAL.

THE APARTMENT IS 50 MT FROM THE CENTRAL STATION OF THE TRAINS AND BUSES AND A FEW CENTINAIA OF METERS FROM THE HISTORIC CENTER, THEREFORE IN A STRATEGIC POSITION FOR THOSE WHO WANTED TO VISIT CATANIA AND PROVINCIA ALSO WITHOUT USE OF THE CAR.

Property is conveniently located and within walking distance to the major attractions and the train station. The area around the property is not very nice and we did feel unsafe walking home at night. We caught an individual trying to open our car. Parking is on the street. The property could use a deep cleaning. The sheets for the bed and the towels were old, worn and stained. The kitchen did not contain all the utensils necessary to cook a meal and there was no kettle to boil water. Even with these little things we enjoyed our stay. This is a great budget property. Would give it a 6/10 as is but with a few little touches this property will rate higher.

Dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt, mieszkanie czyste, zadbane w świetnej lokalizacji dla osób które chcą dużo zwiedzać (5 minut pieszo od dworca centralnego, stacji autobusów miejskich i podmiejskich). Mieszkanie znajduje się w bocznej ulicy, wejście przez ganek - panuje cisza i spokój, nie było słychać gwaru ulic. Do piekarni pieszo 3 minuty, codziennie gorące pieczywo. Sklepy typu Lidl w odległości około 15 minut, ale ciężkie rzeczy np. wodę można kupić w piekarni obok domu. Jesteśmy zadowoleni, cena odpowiada standardowi. Pozdrawiamy :D

I proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili. L'appartamento molto accogliente, con bar e supermercati vicini. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio.
