Epitome of Miscommunication

The property is nicely renovated but we were not aware of the .5 meter wide spiral steel staircase. I have severe arthritis in my knees and ankles and this staircase kept me grounded on the ground floor. There was a discrepancy between what VRBO charged me and what the owners thought they should receive. VRBO had to work on a settlement. The experience left a bitter taste. There is one feeder street that is one way, and the property is on a one way street. Catania Public Works had access closed to the feeder street forcing me to drive against traffic on a one way street in order to get to the host property. This is not under the owner’s control but added to the Catania chaos.
