"The property is beautiful, well kept and offers privacy even though there are neighbors through the woods. We enjoyed our time in this beautiful cabin and hope to come back soon! We were close to Maggie Valley and rode through the Blue Ridge Mountains several times during our 9 days. One of the best vacations ever!"

"My family had their 2nd stay at this property. There were many improvements from 5 years ago. Last time we stayed the grandkids had the best time in the steam/creek. This time was no different. They would have been happy just playing in the water looking for salamanders again this time. The house has a lot of room for all ten of us. Grandkids are 12,9,8 & 4 years of age. Seating by the fire making s’mores and listening to the stream was also fun for the kids and very relaxing for the adults. Our host was very quick to respond and has a lot of information of things to do in the area. Had a great time again!!"

"The positives:Space was nice and clean, lots of kitchen supplies and extra pillows/blankets for comfort. Great views through the mountains, lots of indoor space to spread out for the family. Lots of little towns to explore around the area. Quiet and peaceful. Cute wildflowers growing around the walk up and length of rocking chairs to sit and enjoy the view in the front porch. The negatives:The drive up the mountain was a bit more than expected. They do not supply paper products or extra trash bags, which I did not see written anywhere to be able to prepare for it. You get a starter role of TP and one trash bag and then you need to provide the rest yourself plus paper towels so if you are staying more than a night you’ll need to know. Cleanup help was extensive and there are extra fees if you don’t want to take the trash away yourself. You’re literally at the top of the mtn and the trash dumps are 20 min down the road(it’s a mountain thing) but there are extra fees(5/bag) for that if you don’t want to take it. Overall a nice stay, always prefer to know more before showing up so I can prepare."

"Very nice place! Super clean throughout. Views were excellent. Place is exactly as described. Love the decor of the property. We were able to sleep comfortably. Kitchen was spotless. This is a place to relax and forget the busy city environment. Breathe clean air sit in the porch and watch the horizon. I recommend the property 100%."

"We enjoyed the place. It was clean however the firepitt by the Roaring creek faces the road so cars were a little annoying. The king bed was super loud and uncomfortable it was a spring mattress. The check out time of 10AM seemed unfair since we had to do things to get out that morning on time. And if I go to a hotel they give me an 11AM or 12PM checkout time especially for the price. All in all great time with our kids."
