"This property was amazing and my love of a red caboose a dream come true stay! It gave me such joy and relaxation before I start another treatment for my metastatic breast cancer and AML. We were also celebrating our 32nd wedding anniversary. Thank you so much Brooke!!! The location was excellent for beautiful scenic drives and lots of yummy food choices. Be sure to check out Winchester Farms and the trolley tour of downtown Asheville. The rental is perfect for solo and couples traveling. Please note that it is stated to have an outdoor grill and microwave but no oven/stove. Highly recommend!!! "

"We had an amazing stay at this cabin! It was exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. We absolutely loved the hot tub, sauna, and game room. There was plenty to enjoy, and we loved the overall feel of the cabin.The cabin is definitely secluded, which we really enjoyed. The gravel road up to the cabin is steep and takes a little getting used to, but after driving it once or twice, we had no issues at all in our Buick Encore. You can hear a little bit of I-40 traffic, especially the big trucks, but it wasn’t anything too crazy or that took away from our stay.One thing to keep in mind is that this is a true cabin, so it has its natural creaks and sounds when walking around. If that’s something that bothers you, it’s worth considering, but we personally loved the cabin and its character!The host’s communication was absolutely amazing, and we really appreciated that. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and this cabin is definitely at the top of our list for when we come back to visit the area. We would absolutely stay here again! "

"Great place to base our Cataloochee side of the park trip. Cathedral ceilings make the cabin feel enormous. Very clean and well stocked with the necessities for a comfortable stay. The huge wrap around porch is fantastic for start of the day planning and end of the day reflection. Firepit area made for very pleasant evenings . We heartly recommend"
